  Because many of our items are custom made, orders cannot be cancelled after they are started or returned for any reason other than defective merchandise. In the event of defective stitching, we reserve the right to repair or replace.

  Dye lots are not guaranteed, and sample swatches may not be cut from the same lot as production goods.
